Most common mistake people make while trying to lose weight
Working out one area. You should only work out a certain area if you are trying to tone it. You may lose a little bit of fat in that certain area, but your muscle will be building up making that area look bigger. If you want to lose weight do cardio,pilates,aerobics,jog,yoga,HIIT cardio,and a little bit of strength training!
